Simmtech specializes in developing and manufacturing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for memory semiconductors, package substrates for non-memory semiconductors and telecommunications boards. Memory modules are used to expand memory capacity of PCs or workstations by installing multiple semiconductor chips on a single PCB. Package substrates are a new type of circuit board that is necessary for integrating semiconductor chips so that the chips can achieve full functionality. Simmtech produces PCBs for telecommunications terminal devices, relay stations for mobile communication as well as internet equipment. Burn-in Boards (BIBs) are used for Burn-in Tests with devices embedded.
